I spent more than half of my life doing this.
It's larger than life.
But life is short.
Written words will live forever.
And the words became book
and dwells among us.

The Philippine Food, Cooking, and Dining Dictionary (PFCDD) is my first published book. It is published by the Anvil Publishing (Metro Manila). It won recognition as one of the Best Books on Food by the Gourmand Awards in Yangtai, China in May 2017. The book was chosen winner (Best Book on Food) in 36th National Book Awards by the Philippines' National Book Development Board (NBDB) and by the Manila Critics Club (MCC) in November 2017 and received the awards on 02 December 2017 at the Auditorium of the National Museum, Ermita, Manila. |
