Flower at Dawn
By edgie polistico
At dawn, open the petals
of your lovely face
Allow the morning dew
dampen your tender cheeks
Spread and flaunt to me
your fresh blossom
And let your nectar exude
and let it drip free
For there are butterflies
and a bee like me
A flower at dawn,
Lady, you are to me
